Materica is a fully renovated apartment of about 125 m² on the 4th floor with a lift, quiet and bright, with a view of the Royal Palace of Caserta and the San Leucio hills. It sleeps up to 6 in 3 double bedrooms, each with a private bathroom.
Living area
About 40 m² facing south, with a fully equipped Febal kitchen (induction hob, microwave, fridge, kettle, coffee machine), dining table, breakfast bar, sofa and Smart TV. You can see the Reggia from the balcony.
Bedrooms
A quiet corridor leads to the three bedrooms. Two have large windows; the third has a private east-facing balcony overlooking San Leucio and its hills.
Every room has a double bed with an orthopaedic memory-foam mattress, a private bathroom with shower, air conditioning, Smart TV, wardrobe and desk.
Blue Room
Midnight blue and white, a bright window and a bathroom with a tropical-leaf shower wall.
Green Room
Sage green and natural linen, a large wardrobe and a bathroom with floral tiles.
Orange Room
Terracotta and warm tones, the cosiest of the three, with a sand-coloured bathroom.

Parking
You get 1 reserved parking space in the building’s car park, inside its private grounds: free of charge and unattended. It suits cars, not vans, minibuses or campervans. Parking is hard to find in the area, so having your own space this close to the Reggia is a real plus.
